How it works
Register your service request online and receive your Service Reference number.
We schedule a secure courier collection from your address.
Your creation is received, inspected, and booked into service.
Where applicable, a service estimate is issued for approval before work begins.
Your creation is returned via a secure courier after completion.

Only Heritage & Co creations are eligible for service.
Please register one creation per service request.
A diagnosis is performed on arrival to confirm the service required.
For paid services, an estimate may be provided for approval before work begins.
If a service is declined after diagnosis, the creation will be returned in the condition received and a handling and return fee may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse service where we have reason to believe a creation may be lost, stolen, altered, or misrepresented.
